ones.

Spider-Man #583, Final Crisis #6, Scott Pilgrim volumes 1 - 4,

In
the first episode of the new Network (new numbering), Raph is joined
by Juan De Jesus (co-host) and Brad and Leroy (hosts of ComicTube) to
talk about what they liked (and disliked) in the comic world for
2008. There's also some talk of movies and a mid-season TV report
card.

goes solo for the last episode of the Geeks Unite podcast, out with
the podcast, in with the network. It ends as it began, with one man
talking about his passion, his life, and his ambition, raw and
painfully honest. Thanks for joining us on this ride, and we hope you

Raph
and Juan try to overcome rust and sound issues to deliver a political
discussion. Juan very intellectually discusses the issues, while Raph
tries to fit in at the big boy table. Seriously, I sound horrible. I
actually sound like the average American who doesn't pay attention to
politics and isn't living up to his civic responsibility... wow this
episode description just took a turn... I also managed to insult half
of America.... It was a rough night, okay?
In
a two part discussion, we talked about the two candidates, we
discussed our personal politics, a little bit of the current
financial crisis and who we supported (Obama) and we discussed the
horror of Sarah Palin. In the 2nd
half, we get back into Raph's comfort zone and talk DC Decisions,
Superman Annual #3, Superman: Red Son and the level of reality comics
can attain, and what it can't do.
...
I'm
gonna go read up on the candidates now. I'm sorry America.
